A Chinese terracotta horse figure of the Tang Dynasty style. 

Material: Terracotta, with remnants of polychrome paint. 
Significance: These figures were typically made as tomb pottery (mingqi) to accompany the deceased. 
Features: a saddled horse standing on a rectangular base. 
Condition: shows encrustations or remnants of pigment from age. 
Dimensions: 13 inches H x 12 L x 4 W,
