Description
Antique silver chalice featuring a flared cup raised on a baluster-form stem and circular foot. The surface is decorated with finely engraved floral and foliate motifs to the stem and base, with additional engraved detailing encircling the foot rim. Struck with small profile head and secondary punch marks on cup; Continental European silver. Base is silver plate.
