Scott Sternthal, D.O., is a Canadian osteopath, author, and teacher based in Westmount, Quebec, who is widely recognized for developing Biodynamic Skeletal Therapy (BST). Originally a marathon runner and owner of a fitness business, he transitioned into osteopathy after a transformative personal treatment in 2005. But prior to this, he tried his hand at painting.
