Georgian English 18th century sterling silver sauce boat with scalloped edge and heraldic bird with spread wings engraved on side, set on three hoof styled feet, marked on base date cypher t for 1754, lion’s head crowned for London, lion passant and maker’s mark JP for John Payne of London, later engraved on base SMD to ARW 1930.Weight 99 grams, 4.5 inches L x 2.5 W x 3 H.
