NICOLAS LAGNEAU (circa 1590-1666) drawing of grinning man in the traditional grotesque style. The drawing is made in black stone on paper. The work shows significant creasing and restorations. The work is labeled on the back with Lagneau XVI siecle. Approx. 42 x 31cm, framed 16.5 inches H x 12 W. Provenance: A Paris Collection.
