Antique Black Ostrich Feather fan Noble Crown

An antique, French black ostrich leather hand fan measuring 37cm in height and 54 cm across when open. It is mounted in faux-tortoiseshell and features a silver metal crown on the front piece. Crowns were often affixed to items connected to owners who are part of nobility. One feather has broken off.
