Description
Jovette Marchessault (Canadian, 1938 – 2012), mixed media wall sculpture titled Totem pour la Terre – Totem for the Earth, made of plywood and cord, with attached incised composite elements in yellow, signed on back and dated November 1972. Condition statement – cracks noted in composite elements. 40 inches H x 39 W x 3 deep.
