John Wycliffe Lowes Forester, O.S.A., A.R.C.A (Canadian, 1850-1938), Portrait of a Child / young Master sitting in a chair holding a whip in his hand. Oil on canvas. Signed and dated 1878 lower right corner. Canvas measures 27 inches H x 22 W, frame measures 35 inches x 30.
