14K Gold, Diamond and Synthetic Emerald Cocktail Ring Size 7. Total weight, 8.04 grams. 18 round brilliant cut diamonds (two sizes) surrounding one large emerald set in four prongs in round wire basket. Head of ring measures 20.52 mm x 17.46 mm.
