Rare Micmac Native American Beaded Stem Pipe
Very rare antique Native North American Micmac Upper Mississippi Great Lakes calumet or peace pipe with carved and painted black slate pipe bowl and stem wrapped in pale blue, turquoise, white and red glass beading, the end set with turned bone. Condition statement – pipe bowl has repair and small missing section, beading is loose at pipe bowl end. 19.5 inches L.
