22K Gold Greco-Roman Medallion High Relief Shield Portrait of a Man, possibly an Emperor. 2 inches diameter x 1 H. Total weight, 58.1 grams. With head formed in the round, decorated with braided swags along the border of the medallion and filigree wirework decoration.
